Frostbite
- Soak area in warm water (104 – 107.6 degrees Fahrenheit) until skin begins to look pink.
- Raise and lower affected limbs to stimulate blood flow to the fingers or toes.
- Do not rub.
- If frostbite is minor, call physician; if severe, call ambulance.
