Description of Services

The Kohl's Foundation has been our injury prevention partner since 2003. The Kohl’s Safety Center at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC touches injury prevention across the developmental life span, from birth to the teen years, in a variety of programs. By providing education, resources, and support we are able to ensure that children are safer in the greater Pittsburgh area and surrounding region. The Kohl's Foundation helps us to continue extending our reach and grow every year.

Children’s Hospital extends recognition to the Associates in Action at Kohl’s who stand, sweat, laugh, and work with us at many of the above programs.

Thanks to Kohl’s
Kohl’s donated more than $1.2 million to Children’s Hospital for injury prevention programs, including the Child Passenger Safety Program, Hard Head Patrol, Reality Education for Drivers (RED), RED–Before the Crash, and the Safety Center.
