Residency Schedule
Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Residency Program
The training program in neurodevelopmental disabilities includes several themes. Clinical breadth focuses on congenital and acquired disorders that affect individuals throughout the lifespan. The program provides exposure through a broad array of specialized clinics and varied continuity experiences. Global awareness and experiences through both coursework and fieldwork are encouraged. Finally, an important aspect in becoming an NDD physician is to become trained in patient advocacy through formal and clinical teaching, and planning and participating in community-based involvement with a patient advocacy group or government agency.
