Volunteer Perks

In addition to volunteering in a rewarding environment, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh offers the following perks to all Children’s Hospital volunteers:

  • Courtesy (paid) parking for all registered volunteers whose assignment is at Children’s Hospital’s main campus
  • Meal ticket redeemable in the cafeteria for each volunteer shift
  • Discounted prices on select Children’s Hospital special events
  • Free annual flu shot (when supplies permit)
  • Invitation to Annual Volunteer Recognition Event
  • Discounts at Children’s Hospital gift shop and pharmacy
  • Reimbursement of the cost of required clearances upon completion of 50 service hours
