Guatteri will oversee all aspects of Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP), which includes 103 physicians and 28 office locations, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Children’s Hospital.
In her new role, Guatteri will be responsible for the administration and daily operations of the medical group. Among her many areas of focus will be planning and program development, physician recruitment and new practice integration.
Guatteri comes to CCP from Riverside Medical Inc., a Steubenville, Ohio-based medical group company with 30 physicians and more than 200 staff members. She has 20 years of experience in physician practice management and hospital operations.
For the past eight years, she held leadership positions with Riverside Medical Inc., including Administrator of its executive management, Endoscopy Center and its real estate development.
