Annual Heart-to-Heart Family Picnic
An afternoon of special memories and friendships await families at our Annual Heart-to-Heart Family Picnic. The picnic is held the Sunday after Labor Day, on a farm east of Monroeville, Pa., owned by the Turner Family.
Here, children meet other children with heart conditions, while families have the opportunity to meet and talk in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Physicians, staff, and friends of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC attend and are available to take questions and offer guidance to kids and their families.
