Cheerleading
Cheerleading is fun and a great way to share your team spirit, but be safe:
- Practice tricks and mounts only when your coach is there to watch.
- Know your limits—don’t do more than you can.
- Do warm-up exercises before you do cheerleading.
- If you get hurt, tell an adult right away.
