Injury Prevention


Cheerleading is fun and a great way to share your team spirit, but be safe:

  • Practice tricks and mounts only when your coach is there to watch.
  • Know your limits—don’t do more than you can.
  • Do warm-up exercises before you do cheerleading.
  • If you get hurt, tell an adult right away.
