E-cards

Our free e-card service allows you to send a message to a hospitalized child. E-cards are delivered daily to patients.

Postal Mail

Mail is delivered daily to the nurses’ station on each patient floor. Special packages may be picked up at the Welcome/Information Center, Floor 1a.

Mail should be addressed as follows:

Patient Name (no nicknames)
Room Number, Unit
Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC
One Children's Hospital Drive

Phone Calls

Incoming phone calls to patient rooms are accepted only between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.
