E-cards

Our free e-card service allows you to send a message to a hospitalized child. E-cards are delivered daily to patients.

Postal Mail

Mail is delivered daily to the nurses’ station on each patient floor. Special packages may be picked up at the Welcome/Information Center, Floor 1a.

Mail should be addressed as follows:

Patient Name (no nicknames)
Room Number, Unit
Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC
One Children's Hospital Drive
4401 Penn Ave.
Pittsburgh, PA 15224

Phone Calls

Incoming phone calls to patient rooms are accepted only between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.

CarePages

CarePages are personal Web sites that allow parents and patients to communicate with family and friends.
