Biography Summary
Curt DeGroff, MD, is director of Children's Cardiovascular Non-Invasive Imaging Program and associate professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh Schol of Medicine. He comes to Pittsburgh from The Children's Hospital in Denver, where he helped manage its non-invasive imaging program. In addition to his medical credentials, Dr. DeGroff has a master's degree in electrical engineering. His research interests include using digital signal analysis and artificial neural networks as well as computational fluid dynamic modeling to improve therapeutic and diagnostic techniques in pediatric cardiology.
