I have been involved in the personal injury field for more than 40 years. In representing people who have been injured, I have all too many times had to talk to the families of children who have been seriously hurt in accidents that could have been prevented if either the children or the adults involved had known just a little more about safety.

That’s why Sandy and I and everyone at Edgar Snyder & Associates are excited about supporting the injury prevention efforts of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. If this Web site can prevent just one child from making the trip to Children’s Hospital’s emergency room, then it will be a success.

The site is organized to appeal to everyone in the family - young children, teens, parents, grandparents – and caregivers as well. The animations are designed to be fun and to educate at the same time. It is our goal to keep this site constantly updated with fresh new information about how to prevent injuries and how to keep our most precious commodity, our children, safe.
