Retrospective Review of Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Program

Protocol Description

This retrospective medical-record review aggregates and analyzes de-identified data of patients who have participated in the Epilepsy Surgery Program at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC for the last 15 years. Data to be analyzed includes pre-surgical work-ups, surgical procedures performed, outcomes including seizure-free statistics, neuropyschologic results and complications.

Eligibility Criteria

All children, ages birth to 21 years, who have had epilepsy surgery at Children Hospital Pittsburgh, will be included. As a retrospective review, enrollment is not required.
