Getting to Clinic

For directions to the hospital, click here. Once you arrive at the hospital, follow the directions below depending on where you came in.

From the Main Lobby:

1. Walk past the brown elevators and turn right.
2. Make a quick left and you are in the DeSoto Wing.
3. Take a silver elevator to 4A.
4. Turn right off elevator and right again down hallway.
5. Look for the Diabetes Clinic on the right side of the hall.

From DeSoto Street Entrance:

1. Turn right after entering the hospital.
2. Turn left at next hallway and then a quick right.
3. At the end of this hallway, turn left and look for silver elevators.
4. Take a silver elevator to 4A.
5. Turn right off elevator and right again down hallway.
6. Look for the Diabetes Clinic on the right side of the hall.
