Kathy Guatteri, RN, BSN, MBA, is vice president of Outpatient Services at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, which includes administrative responsibility for all off-campus services including dental and behavioral health, community outreach, and outpatient operations at locations within Allegheny County and throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region – currently including Chippewa Township, Erie, Hermitage, and Johnstown, Pa., as well as Wheeling, W. Va. 

She also serves as the president, and former executive director, of Children’s Community Pediatrics (CCP). CCP, a subsidiary of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, is the largest pediatric and adolescent primary care network in western Pa. with more than 100 board-certified pediatricians working in more than 30 pediatric locations across nine counties.

Prior to joining UPMC in 2008, Ms. Guatteri served as the administrator for Riverside Medical of Ohio, a 30+ multispecialty physician group, and as vice president of clinical and support services at Weirton Medical Center, W.Va. 

Ms. Guatteri earned her master’s in business administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville and her bachelor’s in nursing from West Liberty University, West Liberty, W.Va.
