Biography Summary
Jacqueline Kreutzer, MD, is Children's director of Interventional Cardiology. A native of Argentina, she comes to Pittsburgh from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition to her clinical duties, she has served as guest reviewer for several journals, most recently Catheterization and Cardiovascular Intervention. Her research interests include novel catheter/device use for cardiac catheterization and transcatheter intervention.

- Trial of right ventricular vs. modified BT shunt in infants with single ventricle using staged reconstruction (SVR trial) (co-investigator)
- Validation of cardiac index determination by lithium chloride injection and determination of lithium chloride pharmacokinetics in children (co-investigator)
- Safety and efficacy of the cutting balloon to treat resistant pulmonary artery stenosis (institutional co-PI; multicenter study)
