Hobbies/Interests
I enjoy spending time with my family, and friends, and my amazing fiance, Zaina, who I adore. My second love is sports! Love working out and love those Pens. Still a diehard Packers fan (is this getting published?). I am a professional shower singer. Love reading, watching movies, and fishing. I aspire to be a backup dancer for Justin Timberlake. Oh, and hummus is a hobby and interest.
Travels/Languages
I can speak limited Spanish and some Arabic. I have been all around the world including Egypt, Syria, England, Spain, Italy, Holland, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. I would love to go to South Africa next summer for the World Cup!!
Other
My professional interests include international health with a focus on the Middle East, as well as public health, community programming, and working with the underserved. I am also particularly interested in childhood chronic disease, the impact of psychosocial stressors on child health, and preventive care.
Like About Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC
I love all the open space and the views of the city from any corner of the hospital. The call rooms are actually very cozy. Best of all, the folks at Pitt are so nice, helpful, and fun-loving!
