Biography Summary
Laura Panko, MD, received her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Panko brings a unique background in nutrition, bioengineering and microbiology to the Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. She currently is preparing a paper for publication regarding developmental service utiliization among children in the child welfare system. During her university and medical school years, she was involved in community outreach programs, including "Into the Streets" at the Medical College of Ohio.
