The Pediatric Radiology Department provides diagnostic imaging services for infants, children and teens. All diagnostic imaging modalities are available, including:

Referral Requirements

Referrals are not required from primary care physicians or other UPMC Children’s specialty services. Patients enrolled in managed care insurance plans may require authorization from their insurance provider and primary care physician. Please check with your insurance plan regarding any authorization requirements. All necessary authorization forms must be received before the patient's visit.
