Like About Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC

I chose to come back to Pittsburgh for neurology training for two main reasons.  The first reason is that we have an incredible training program here.  The experience in both adult and pediatric neurology is incredibly broad with an abundance of clinical, research, and teaching opportunities in all areas.  If you want to do something special during your training, this is the environment for you and there are people here to help you in every imaginable area and across all disciplines.  The second and more important reason is that Pittsburgh is one of the best places to live in the country.  Not only is it MUCH more affordable than its counterparts on the East Coast and in the Midwest, it is also a beautiful city with access to both incredible cultural and urban opportunities as well as an unbelievable array of outdoor activities both inside and outside the city.  It truly is the perfect city, well balanced for both families and young single professionals.
