Visiting Student Application Form

Visiting students applying to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh’s Medical Student Education Program must meet the following requirements:

• Must be in the fourth year of an approved medical school.
• Must complete an application form below.

 Application Form:

Visiting North American Applicants 

• Select LCME Accredited Institutions and Osteopathic School Applicants
• Enter e-mail address and complete information on line
• Pay registration fee

This is not the application, only a request for an application packet that will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

Visiting International Applicants

• Select International Applicants
• Complete International Student Elective Application Request
