Ambulatory Care Centers

For routine procedures and diagnostics, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC operates three Ambulatory Care Centers conveniently located close to home:

Children’s North, Wexford
Children's Pine Center, Wexford
Children’s South, Bethel Park
Children’s East, Monroeville

At our Ambulatory Care Centers, all procedures and diagnostics are administered by members of Children’s medical and surgical staff – the same physicians who work at our Lawrenceville facility. Children's North in Wexford also offers an ambulatory surgery center. Surgical care is provided by members of the hospital’s surgical staff, anesthesiologists and nurses – all of whom are specially trained and educated in the surgical care of infants, children, and young adults.
