Conditions We Treat

The Congenital Ear Center treats children from birth to age 21 with a broad range of congenital conditions affecting the ear, including:

  • Microtia – very small or missing ears
  • Malformed ears – cup ears or lop ears
  • Excessively large ears
  • Protruding ears
  • Congenital aural atresia – missing ear canal with hearing loss
  • External auditory canal stenosis – very narrow ear canal
  • Missing portions of ear from injuries
