Eating Behaviors Study

Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to examine parent and child eating behaviors and their relationship to weight.

Eligibility Criteria

Overweight children and their biological mothers are eligible.

Boys: 8 to 12 years
Girls: 8 to 12 years

Requirements
Completion of screening interview to further determine eligibility will be necessary. The actual study involves completion of interviews and questionnaires by both mother and child.
