Fragile X
Referral Requirements
Referrals are required from primary care physicians or other Children's Hospital specialty services. Referrals for patients enrolled in managed care insurance plans also may require authorization from the insurance provider and primary care physician. All necessary referral and authorization forms must be received before the patient's visit. To schedule an appointment or for provider numbers or more information, please call the office number listed.

The Fragile X Center provides evaluations, treatment and support for children with Fragile X and their families. Staffed by a multidisciplinary team, we strive to improve functional outcomes and quality of life for children with Fragile X Syndrome and their families through service and research. We work together with hospital and community specialists to provide resources for your child and family. We also strive to enhance community knowledge and awareness of Fragile X Syndrome.

Take part in The National Fragile X Survey
The National Fragile X Survey will look at how fragile X affects families. The survey will be the first to gather national data from families that can be used to inform policy and improve practice.
