To make a referral to the Hillman Center for Pediatric Transplantation for a liver transplant or intestine transplant, contact our referral transplant coordinator, Kim Haberman, BSN, CCTC, at 412-692-6925, or fax to 412-692-6117.

Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Emergency referrals are accepted 24 hours a day at 877-640-6746.
