About Children's
Advancing Your Career
Nursing at Children's isn't only about what your job is today, it's about helping you to create a career path for tomorrow and beyond. Our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) is designed to help you as you seek to progress in meeting your career goals.
But professional development is more than just attaining new certifications. It can also come through the active participation in making decisions that affect the work environment and patient care policies at Children's. That's why we have established four Patient Care Councils that focus on approving policies and procedures related to each council's specific area of focus.
