Main Tower Garage Valet-Only Parking
Valet-only parking is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week in Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC Main Tower Garage.  Due to space limitations, parking in the Main Tower Garage is reserved for patients and families with special needs.  All other drivers will be directed to park in the Victoria Garage, including patients’ families, drivers who self-park and drivers who must park for longer than eight hours. If a vehicle tries to enter the Main Tower Garage driveway and there are no children or special needs passengers, the driver will be directed to the Victoria Garage. Patient drop-off is available at the Main Lobby entrance in the Main Tower Garage. Download our parking map.

Qualified drivers who valet park will receive a claim check stamped with the time the car entered the garage. Upon leaving the hospital, drivers are asked to return the claim check to the cashier at the Information Desk and pay the appropriate parking fee. The cashier will return the driver’s portion of the claim check, which is then given to the valet who will deliver the vehicle to the main entrance of the hospital.

Self-Parking
When traveling to our Oakland campus, family and friends may self-park in our Victoria Garage, located on Darragh Street.

Hours of Operation
Our parking garages are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the convenience of our patients and their families. During late-night hours and until 6:30 a.m. access into the Victoria Garage is restricted. For additional information, please call our Main Tower Garage at 412-692-7508.

Parking Rates
Hourly rates for the Victoria Garage are listed below. Drivers are asked to bring their parking tickets into the hospital and settle parking fees at the Main Lobby Information Desk or automated pay stations (located on the first and third floors of the hospital), prior to returning to their vehicle.

A member of our public safety department will be happy to escort you to your vehicle if you are departing after hours. Please call 412-692-5191 to make arrangements.

Discount Parking For Parents
Parents of patients staying in the hospital can purchase discount parking passes for unlimited, daylong access to the Victoria Garage. Discount parking passes are limited to three per family and may be purchased for $5 per day, in two- or four-day increments. After 21 days, the cost of the pass is reduced to $3 per day.

Long-Term Parking
For parents whose children will have an extended stay of 21 days or more, parking is available in the Victoria Garage located on Darragh Street for $3 per day. Discount passes can be purchased at the hospital.

Alternative Public Parking Areas
At times when all parking spaces are filled at the Main Tower and Victoria garages, we recommend the following public parking locations:

• Children’s Hospital Office Building (CHOB) Lot on Euler Way
• Forbes Semple Garage at 210 Meyran Avenue
• Medical Arts Garage on Atwood Street
• Soldiers & Sailors Garage at 4141 Fifth Avenue

Parking is complimentary and plentiful at our Ambulatory Care Centers including Children’s North, Children’s South and Children’s East.
