Questionable Items

During the survey of the rooms, we found some unusual items that we're having trouble identifying. Can you help us identify any of these items? Hammerhead found in a wall of Saint Francis Hosp. This hammerhead has a note stuck to it saying it was found in a wall of St. Francis Hospital.
