Serving Arthritis Kids (SAK) Backpack Program
Serving Arthritis Kids (SAK) Backpack Program has been developed by the Arthritis Foundation, Great Lakes Region to provide newly diagnosed children and their parents with education, resources and support for managing juvenile arthritis. You can sign up to receive the age appropriate backpack and parents’ tote bag in the Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Below is a list of age categories and the items you would receive.
