Share Your Story
Tell us how Children’s Hospital has touched your life
We’re continually honored and humbled to hear from past and current patients and family members who want share their stories with us and we’d love to hear about your remarkable experiences.

These stories can help to inspire and educate others who may be facing similar medical challenges – and most importantly – provide hope to all. Whether you’re a current or former patient or family member, a volunteer, a staff member, or a devoted hospital supporter, we want to hear from you.
How it works
By submitting your story, you authorize Children’s Hospital to use your story in digital and print formats. Once you submit your story, a staff member will review to determine if the content is appropriate for use.
Your story may be used in a variety of ways including, but not limited to:
- Any internal or external hospital publications, brochures, direct mail, etc.
- Any hospital websites including www.chp.edu and www.givetochildrens.org
- Any social media or social networking platforms managed by Children’s, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and our blog, “Be Glad you have Children’s”
