Jean M. Tersak, MD Dr. Tersak has a special interest in caring for childhood cancer survivors including evaluation for medical late effects of treatment and the quality of life in these survivors. In addition to her work in the Survivorship clinic at Children's Hospital, she is involved in national research to better understand late effects, ways to prevent them, and early intervention when they do occur. |

Aimee Costello, RN, MSN, CPNP Aimee has more than 10 years of pediatric oncology experience. She has had a specific focus on survivorship, as well as the adolescent and young adult oncology population, for the past four years. These are two unique, subspecialty groups that overlap in terms of their health care needs and have tremendous opportunity for growth. |

Jessica Mink, MSW Jessica has many years' experience serving families, adults, and children in need. She brings an extensive knowledge of resources available to assist survivors and their families as are identified. Jessica works closely with the team to appropriately identify areas of need for all survivors. |

Noelle Conover, MS Noelle began her career working with children and families in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Her background in research, web applications, data analysis and marketing help the team track and connect with survivors through the new SurvivorConnect project. Noelle brings a special passion for working with survivors and their families. |
