At your first visit to the Long-Term Follow-Up / Survivorship Clinic, here's what to expect:

- Review of your personalized treatment summary
- Laboratory studies by venipuncture (drawn from your arm, rather than a fingerstick)
- Collection of a urine sample
What to expect at later visits

- Laboratory studies by venipuncture or fingerstick
- Collection of a urine sample
- Diagnostic testing based on your treatment, for example, echocardiogram, bone density test, or hearing test
