Always a pleasant experience.
very good experience I recomend her
They always take care of us when we go it is excellent service.
I found the visit very patronizing and unhelpful (though my wife did not find it as bad as I did) - the provider seemed to vacillate between lecturing us about care of our foster son and grilling us. At one point she told us that we should not be feeding our foster son in the middle of the night, because at 6 months they can go all night without eating. The problem was, he is only 4 and 1/2 months old - this was not developmentally appropriate advice. At another point, she asked how we were bathing him - I began to answer that we were trying to minimize baths due to eczema, and she broke in to tell me that we need to bathe the baby. OF COURSE WE BATHE HIM. A couple of times she would throw out a question for us, and then instead of waiting for an answer, would jump into a lecture. While she seemed very friendly, and pleasant interpersonally, with a friendly smile, I think the thing that most bothered me was that she appeared to be coming from an assumption that we didn't care for our foster son, or didn't have any parenting skills. I do understand that children in foster care are at heightened risk, and I appreciate the caution she was displaying, but think that this could have been done in a different way. This did not feel at all like a collaborative visit. As a physician, I do not like to leave negative feedback for another physician, particularly because I can see WHY some of her behavior was as it was. On the other hand, I left the visit really disheartened. I think that she may have been trying to accomplish too much in the visit, or to do it too fast, and this may have contributed to the feeling that she was grilling us/distrustful of us, etc. I realize that this did come from a place of care for our foster son, and as such I can appreciate the intent of the behavior.
The child care provider was very kind and took the time needed to go over everything with my son without rushing or making me feel like she was in a hurry.
She was very kind and answered everything I concerned.
Dr. Malinow is very patient, carful and friendly. She is a great pediatrician!
I am very satisfied with Dr. Ana Malinow. My girl doesn't like hospital and keeps crying every time. Dr. Malinow is very patient with us, checking, listening to me and answering kinds of questions. Thank you very much!
I think Dr. Malinow was very professional and easy to talk to. I want her to be the pediatrician for my other teenage children.
The doctor is very experienced, patient, nice and friendly. The only concern is waiting time is a bit long. It took us about 50 minutes to see the doctor (waiting time began from when we arrived at the hospital and signed in the register desk).
Dr. Malinow is a good pediatrician, who is patient, carful and experienced. We were so glad to meet Dr. Malinow this time.
