We would like to thank Dr. Cummings for taking our concerns with our son's health very seriously. He went out of his way to ensure our son was scheduled to be seen quickly when needed. Dr. Cummings collaborates promptly with our son's other medical providers, and he is always open to working with our son's providers at an outside institution. We would also like to thank Dr. Cummings' RN, Megan, who also responds promptly, takes time to listen and answer questions, and always follows through. We are fortunate to have Dr. Cummings and Megan as part of our son's team.
The nurse who took my child's vitals seemed to be in a hurry. I felt like she was rushing to get us done so we could just sit and wait.
Always very prompt to handle any problems or concerns.
Dr. Cummings is a great Doctor. I feel very comfortable and confident under his care
I was very pleased that Dr. Cummings was able to listen and communicate with me about my child's health. I am also happy he took his time with my child and was able to address our concerns.
Dr. Cummings is terrific!
Our child loves Dr. Cummings
the doctor spoke extremely vague and was very difficult to understand...left feeling overwhelmed & full of unanswered questions
Our last visits, my son was extra crabby from the trip. Dr Cummings was so understanding and patient with him. It was nice to know he understood that he was a good kid having a rough moment.
When we arrived we were told we were at the wrong location. That appt with Dr. Cleeves-Bayon was at the Bridgeville location. This was NOT communicated to me prior to the appt. Our Pediatrician scheduled the appt. I commend CHP for making thr adjustment and getting us on Dr. Cummings schedule since we drive 2hrs to get there. I greatly appreciate that and overall had a very good checkup with him. He provided alternatives to try. Dr. Swati Larioa was very very helpful, she listened, made my daughter feel comfortable, and I felt she was very knowledgeable as well. It was a blessing to ha e both doctors checking our daughter. Thank you
keep up the great work
this was our fist visit to this facility and I must say I was very pleased with everyone there!
Very pleased with the service we received.
I felt this was an obligated appointment versus an appointment to review and respond to my child's current medical condition. We were a 'slot' to fill with no personal emphasis placed on who my daughter is, past conditions nor current status. No review on her history was done in advance and timeline was mixed up.
The care that we received by Dr. Cummings and the staff at Children's East was awesome. We've seen a lot of doctors for my son's care in the past year and a half and I feel that they have without a doubt been the best! Dr. Cummings patiently listens to the symptoms and examples I had. He never rushed me or treated my son as just another patient. He and his nurse have outstanding bedside manner.
To whom it may concern: I have to state for the record Dr. Dana D. Cummings MD and the Neurology department showed the up-most respect for my than very frighten daughter. I travel over 50-miles both ways to see Dr. Cummings and will continue until the problem is resolved and or a plan of continued care is put in place. Again, I say thank you to the Doctor's and to ALL the staff at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh!
fully trust Dr. Cummings to make good decisions in my migraine treatment
Had been to two other doctors, one chiropractor and an acupuncturist for my daughter's constant stabbing/ice pick headaches and also frequent migraines. After a year, we went to see Dr. Cummings. Dr. Cummings treatment is the only one that has helped. My daughter's condition has improved a lot since seeing Dr. Cummings. Also, his nurse, Michelle, always returns my calls quickly, is very sympathetic and very helpful. The staff at his Monroeville office is always courteous.
awesome doctor loved dr. Cummings
Dr Cummings is always pleasant and genuinely concerned.
Dr. Cummings is a wonderfu neurologist. My child is extremely comfortable with him and he explains everything to the parents.
I absolutely love dr. Cummings and his entire staff, I wish we would have had him from the start! We have never felt so comfortable and confident with a neurologist I highly recommend him to EVERYONE ! When our first neurologist retired I was a bit disappointed to have to travel but after meeting Dr. Cummings and his staff ,I would drive across the country to keep him for both of my children!
