Located adjacent to downtown on Penn Ave. and Smallman St., this is the place to be for wholesale fish, meats, produce, groceries, and pretty much anything you can think of. Saturday mornings are alive in the Strip with open air markets, street-side vendors, fresh breads, Italian cheeses, and numerous international grocery stores. Lots of greasy spoon diners for breakfast/lunch – including DeLuca’s, which according to some residents is the best breakfast in the city. At night, the Strip brings a different crowd with lots of great restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.
