Pathway to Independence is a program designed to help school-aged children with physical disabilities to develop self-help skills. The program is offered by the Center for Independence. Professionals from Behavioral Health, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology will work with participants in the program.
School-aged children through high school who have physical disabilities and are interested in gaining independence in self-help skills.

Pathway to Independence is tailored to each participant’s needs and level of functioning, preferences, and interests.
The program will be held at the following Center for Independence locations:
Sessions will be held two times a week for 10 weeks.
