Children's Hospital is part of the UPMC family.
Please arrive at our registration desk at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please leave yourself enough time for parking and walking to the office. If you arrive late it may be necessary to see your child at the end of the clinic schedule or possibly on another day.
Your consideration will allow our physicians to maximize the time spent with you and your family. Evaluations are detailed and can’t be rushed. Please be aware that you may be meeting with a fellow and/or a resident prior to your visit with the scheduled attending physician, as we are a teaching facility.
Please bring with you the complete name, address and telephone number of the primary care physician and/or referring physician.
Insurance co-payments are due at registration. For your convenience, cash, personal checks and credit cards are accepted. Most insurance companies list the co-payment on the insurance card.
Call the primary care physician to make sure the referral form/process has been completed and that all requested copies of medical records have been submitted.
If for any reason you cannot keep this appointment, please contact us at 412-692-5081 and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
If there is anything that we can do to assist you with your visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
To schedule a rheumatology appointment or consultation, please call 412-692-5081.
