Sriya Gunawardena, MD
Attending Physician of Blood and Marrow Transplantation |
Dr. Gunawardena received her medical degree from the University of Colombo in Sri Lanka.
After her residencies in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Austin and at the Columbus
Cabrini Medical Center, she completed her clinical fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Baylor
College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Cancer Center. She is board certified in Pediatrics
and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. She is assistant professor of Pediatrics at the University
of Pittsburgh and attending physician in the division of Hematology/Oncology and Blood and Marrow
Transplantation at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
