Inna Vaisleib, MD
Dr. Vaisleib is one of four Childrens neurologists specially trained in epilepsy, with a particular interest in sleep disorders and headaches in children. Dr. Vaisleib sees general child neurology patients, epilepsy and headache patients, and consults at the Sleep Disorders Clinic.
Dr. Vaisleib is working on a clinical trial for an anticonvulsant medication as a preventive agent for migraines in childhood.
In addition to lecturing at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Vaisleib devotes three months a year each to reading EEGs and as attending physician on the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit.
Dr. Vaisleib received her specialized training in Childhood Epilepsy at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.
