Family Care Connection Centers

Children’s Family Care Connection Centers provide both general and specialized social services for all members of the family, particularly children, adolescents and mothers. Services include:

  • Nurse home visiting
  • Mental health services
  • Substance abuse prevention and treatment
  • Child development and school readiness
  • Parenting education
  • Community building
