We see things deep inside the brain that can help doctors achieve breakthroughs.
|
At Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC’s Brain Care Institute, we have one of the most talented diagnostic teams in the world. Their experience and ability to work with some of the latest and most advanced tools available provide patients and their families with access to understanding the most complex diagnoses. That’s why we provide a full range of imaging technologies and technicians. From ultrasonography and radiography to MRIs and advanced MR imaging, we’re giving our teams what they need to make breakthrough diagnoses. Because when our doctors have a clear picture of their patient’s condition, they can do what they do best — follow through with the most targeted, least invasive treatment plans possible.
The Brain Care Institute also offers an extensive network of support resources that reach far beyond neuroradiology and neuro-imaging. These pediatric specialty areas include:
- Audiology
- Behavioral health
- Occupational therapy
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopaedic surgery
- Plastic surgery
