Children’s eRecord Informatics Nurses are available to assist with issues related to training and use of eRecord. Please contact us if you need assistance:

  • If you are experiencing a technical issue or problem (obtaining account information, password resets, etc.) please call the CHP Help Desk at 692-9000.
  • For general questions or assistance in registering for a class, please contact the Clinical Informatics Department: (412) 692-8767 or email erecord@chp.edu.  
  • For questions or comments concerning Children’s eRecord Ambulatory processes, please contact the Ambulatory Informatics Nurse on call by paging 6008.
  • For questions or comments concerning Children’s eRecord Inpatient processes, please contact the Inpatient Informatics Nurse on call by paging 9107.
