Beth is always very friendly and professional and takes my child's best interests at heart. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them at that appointment.

We had a very positive experience at the Child Development Unit! Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. They helped us all feel comfortable and less anxious. I would highly recommend the CDU to other parents!
I was very pleased and felt very comfortable and listened to
Excellent staff all around, best pediatric staff we have experienced.
We LOVE Dr. Beth Heuer!
I had no problems at my son visit
she spent no time with my child it was all reviewing the questions that were provided before visit. what she did and said could have been accomplished over the phone. extemerely disappointed
Dr Heuer was very thorough and answered all of my questions
Ms. Heuer was simply the best. How amazing it felt to talk with a professional who was so knowledgeable. If the academics ever recompile the Library of Alexandria, I would nominate her as the lead medical librarian. I did hear that in Mother Theresa's later years the Pope came to visit. She told the Pope, "I know how you feel about my life's work... but I want to know what Beth Ann Heurer thinks!" I don't know who, if anybody, reads these comments. I figured if I made the statistician chuckle a bit, that they might read this and pass on my accolades to Miss Heuer. I cannot thank Ms. Heuer and UPMC enough for such a wonderful appointment. I have four college degrees so I had thoroughly read up on the medications. I was dumbfounded when she knew the way Metadate CD delivered the medication AND the graph/timeframe of how long the effects should last in my son's system. That is just one example of her many abilities. I just want to say, "THANK YOU!" and that she is simply awesome!
she made us very comfortable.
I really enjoyed talking with this provider. She was very helpful and wanting to help my child and help me better understand the behaviors my child was expressing. She gave me information pamphlets and we discussed other ways to help my child other then putting her on meds.
Beth was superb, and friendly with clear communication
in the few years we have been trying to find the right med for my son beth has been the best person we have ever had in our life to try and find the right med for him
Very helpful and caring
I highly recommend Dr Beth to anyone who needs these types of services. I am very glad that I was referred to her, and she is a great asset. She is amazing at what she does. Always very patient and thorough.
