The doctor visit was great. My daughter felt comfortable with the student and doctor, and so did I. We did have a test on 9.15.17 at the hospital and I haven't received results, but they said it would take about a week.
We had a great experience and will continue to trust this doctor with our child's health.
I am very pleased with Dr Rudolph and his staff. Dr Rudolph was very cordial, pleasant and concerned about my child's medical problem. I have followup appointment with him and will be glad to see him with my child again. I am so thankful that Children's Hospital is there for my child.
dr. Rudolph has been a wonderful provider. he is very clear to what he wants my daughter to accomplish and has a plan set in place with a timeline which is so reassuring. he's calm, takes his time, and great bedside manner
Dr. Rudolph was wonderful with my son! He spent over an hour with us and even drew pictures of my son's heart and hiatal hernia. Very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, personable. We are very satisfied with the care my son has received from Dr. Rudolph. We confident that he has my son's best interest for his health. Dr. Rudolph presented and explained four options for treatment for my son's condition and symptoms. We agreed on the least restrictive/invasive option. Previous medication is being reintroduced and will eventually replace the current medication my son is taking. I will track this and the effectiveness for one month, then add medication to the morning routine, eliminating the current medication.
Jeff Rudolph is an excellent care provider.
Dr. Rudolph is always genuinely concerned for my health and well-being.
love Dr. Rudolf
Doctor Rudolph was awesome. He took time to really understand the concerns with our daughter. I liked that he talked to her and made her laugh, etc. He also seemed to want to understand what my husband and I wanted to do (try medicine, do tests). I really liked him and would recommend him highly. My only concern is the amount of time it took to get on an appointment. called in January and got an April appointment but it must be because he is so good.
We waited a long time for this specialist, but I think it was probably worth the wait. I know that my child likely has a condition that won't turn around right away, and this is frustrating. I think that the staff was very sensitive to my questions about his pain, but I don't think that the strategies are effective enough. I wish we knew more about pain and pain management.
The records were sent but not everything they should have gotten, so I filled in the gaps. Dr Rudolph filled in by saying my daughter is complex let's start with the basics and form a foundation. Best news I have heard in 10 years!
Dr. Rudolph gives thorough explanation without too much medical terminology, with reasoning behind inquires. We did not wait, he had reviewed our records BEFORE entering the room.
Dr. Rudolph was amazing.
I was very pleased with the time Dr. Rudolph took in explaining my son's condition.
Dr Rudolph was a very very nice doctor that made my daughter feel at ease! He even made her laugh( she was nervous for this appt). Thank you for being a great doctor!
long wait time (60 minutes after scheduled appt time) but spent adequate time with my child and I, did not rush
Dr Rudolph is an excellent GI and takes the time needed with each of his patients. I have recommended him to many other parents .
Dr. Rudolf has always been a person, to which you feel comfortable, discussing any medical concerns. If I'm uncertain about something, he's approachable, has a good presence, & explains the concern. He seems to have a good way of communicating, things; even if the topic may seem uncomfortable, yet to where you feel comfortable enough to discuss with him.
Dr Rudolph is awesome. He respects his kids and their parents. He listens. He explains. He is mostly up-to-date with information and is up-to-date on research in his particular field. We love and respect him, and he's not afraid of my autistic child (who is as big as a large man).
Dr Rudolph was excellent. He listened carefully to our concerns, asking questions to clarify when needed, and was very thorough in his examination. My 14 year old son felt at ease through out our visit. Dr Rudolph took the time to explain lab work we received from our PCP - I felt he did so much better than out PCP, and I really appreciated his time and expertise.
This was a productive visit - the provider was great!
it was a pleasant visit

Very caring Dr. He took the time to listen and explained things well. Also very thoughtful of our feelings, I would recommend him to friends and family. Was actually hoping I can get him for my other son as well.
