The doctors seem to know about my child's problem pretty well.
I found Dr. Mollen to have a great bedside manner. He explained everything in a way that eased any worries I had and allowed me to feel like I take part in deciding what would be best for my child.
Dr. Mollen is amazing he is very competent and compassionate surgeon who puts his patients first. He has an excellent bed side manner.
Dr Mullen was very concerned and took extra time to address the problem
Christine and Dr. Mollen were wonderful!
I don't have anything negative to say about Dr' Mullen. in the past he's been great but we never got to see him during this visit. our appointment was for 8:30, but had to arrive at 8:00. it was 9:30 when I left and the dr still hadn't shown up. my time is valuable too and I have to work so I needed to get back. my son has a lot of appointments so I cannot wait over an hour for a dr to just check his gtube. if the nurse says it looks good, I'm okay with that. we had to leave.
fantastic experience, consult to explain complications, short term prevention and long term plan for what if...
coordination of care was exceptional!
Dr. Mollen is one of our favorite doctors at Children's Hospital. My son has been seeing him for several years both as an outpatient and inpatient. He is very knowledgeable about Pediatric Surgery as well as my son's medical issues. He listens to my concerns and allows plenty of time for the appointment, I never feel rushed. My son has a complex history and he works with my son's other doctors to come up with the best treatment plan for my son. Dr. Mollen is really nice and listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone whose child needs to be seen by Pediatric Surgery.
Dr Mollen is an outstanding surgeon. great bed side manner, never in hurry during appointment,..he is very thorough with explanations of care. Easy to talk to.
Dr. Mollen is top notch. He is extremely concerned about the well being of my child. I greatly appreciate that.
very one was very nice and understanding
Dr. Mollen did a great job with our son's surgery, and the follow-up. He answered questions, addressed concerns, and has always been kind and respectful.
We could not be more grateful for Dr. Mollen and his care and attention to our child's medical issue. He was wonderful.
We LOVE Dr. Mollen!!!!
Kevin Mollen and his staff were phenomenal in our care and answering questions. Phone calls and emails returned promptly, often after hours. All questions answered. Treatment and interactions done with sensitivity, patience and kindness. We felt respected, included and well informed throughout the whole process. Thank you.
Dr. Mollen is extremely nice & is concerned for the patients. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
He did an amazing job of explaining what the problem was, it's possible causes, and the game plan moving forward. I left feeling like had been properly educated on the cause of the problem and there was a clear follow up plan.
