waited over one hour to be seen. appointment was for 9am, did not see doctor till after 10am. unacceptable amount of time to wait.
this was my first visit.. dr gates was wonderful!!! very professional but yet took the time to discuss my autism and how it effects my life and to see if medically he could help!
I waited for 2 hours before we want in the office, then another 45 minutes sitting in the room. Terrible!!
Dr. Malek eased our concerns during a scary time in our daughters health. He explained what all he was going to do, her condition, what recovery would be like, and took the time to answer any and all questions and concerns I had going in to the surgery. He was great with my daughter and made sure she wasn't in pain after surgery. I would highly recommend him to any parent whose child is in need of surgery.
Aside from the hour long wait, our experience was a good one.
Dr. Malek is great! We have recommended him to friends
Dr. Malek, Dr. De La Torre, and Nurse Kim are wonderful!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better team.
Dr. Malek was a wonderful surgeon for our daughter when she had her surgery and her post op appointment. so wonderful with children!
He had an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm on 03/28/2017 and he wasn't seen until 5:30pm that was unacceptable and was a very big inconvenience for me...Something needs to be done about that.
Dr. Malek was an EXCELLENT surgeon for my son I would recommend him to anyone. He kept in touch and communicated very well with his entire care team!
Dr Malek is very personable. He is always in such a good mood and easily approachable with questions and concerns always open to any questions and answers to the best of his ability.
dr malek is the best! would recommend him to everyone!
We LOVE Dr. Malek!! Happy Holidays!
overall, we had a wonderful experience. The only issue was the 1 hour wait in the exam room. Dr. Malek is an excellent, thorough, and caring doctor. He inspires confidence and I fully trust my daughter in his care.
He did a wonderful job stitching up our daughter in the OR. She was an add on, and he treated her and us well. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a surgeon. This was a 2 week check up, she is doing great. He even asked her about her pony Dusty, whom she isn't allowed to ride yet. kid friendly great surgeon
always caring and informative. we love Childrens and this doctor and staff so much!!
the doctor was wonderful. no complaints at all.
provider had many records to review prior to appointment, and seemed quite fluent in the history of my child.
Very efficient and caring physician.
Dr. Marcus Malek is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time and explains everything and does not rush you out of the room. He is one of the better ones that my child has encountered. My son has encountered many doctors since he has been in and out of the hospital.
