If you think your child might have a food allergy, we can help.
At the Food Allergy Center at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, our doctors see children with the entire spectrum of food allergies.

Food challenges are essential tools for diagnosing and managing food allergies in children.
The Food Allergy Center at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC conducts more food challenges than other providers in this region. While we only offer food challenges at our main hospital clinic, our allergists see children with food allergies at all Children's Hospital allergy and immunology locations.
