Our family has never had a bad interaction with Doctor Levine. She's respectful to our concerns and takes the time to listen and offer thoughtful responses. On top of that she's fantastic with our children.
Dr. Levine was wonderful! She gave both my girls a very thorough exam, was kind and funny and interested in them, and handled some sensitive topics around puberty with just the right amount of forthrightness and gentleness. Both my daughters really liked her even though it was their first appointment with her, and I think we will probably make her our regular pediatrician in the future.
It was very frustrating dealing with Dr. Levine. We saw her twice over a 5 day period for persistent fever/illness of my daughter. I feel that Dr. Levine did not listen carefully or take my concerns seriously, and she seems to have failed to checked on all of the symptoms that I had reported over the previous 2 weeks. This led her to miss diagnosing Strep Throat for my daughter. The only reason we tested for strep was because the NURSE thought to do it. I expressed concenr to Dr. Levine about my daughter's persistent fever and she told me that 99.9 was not a fever. She did not seem to acknowledge that as a mother, I know when my child is feverish. When the nurse reported that the test was "positive" (for strep) Dr. Levine did not react; she said that she thought that result was for another patient. The only reason we confirmed that my daughter had strep was because I asked Dr. Levine to go and check with the nurse!! In fact it was my daughter who had strep. I found this extremely careless!!
the provider mentioned in this survey was rude to the parent and lack basic social skills.
Very approachable, accommodating, relates well to teens, excellent in all ways! I would see her again without hesitation.
I love this practice! My daughter was able to walk in and get a strep test during a busy holiday week. So much better than going to urgent care!!! Ms. Spatz was so friendly and caring - thank you!
First time we have seen this Dr, and was very impressed! Would see her again for sure!
Dr. Levine was great! She listened to me and really paid attention to both me and my baby. I trust her and I'm so appreciative for her care.
Dr. Levine has been a source of comfort and confidence as first-time parents. She has made us feel like we are doing a great job and has eased our minds about any questions or concerns we've had. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and very relatable as a mother of young children herself. we are so happy with Dr. Levine and Bass Wolfson as a whole!
Excellent first visit. Leanne and Dr. Levine are assets to your practice.
Dr Levine is very patient and understanding. Emily and I felt very relaxed and could discuss anything.
I did not think I received enough information from the provider about the diagnosis we received. we were not given discharge instructions... only prescription information. it would have been nice be told how the virus would typically develop and what to look for, this also would have resulted in me not returning to the office the next day over concerns that there may be an allergic reaction to medication for ear infection when in fact it was likely just the virus continuing to run its course.
Alison was great--kind and compassionate. I appreciated the time she took with my daughter and me, especially in answering all my questions. I'm very happy to hear she'll be joining the practice after she completes her residency. What a fine addition to the talented Bass Wolfson team!
