Amanda looked at xray that was done at the ER and noticed my child had pneumonia that was missed and followed up to make sure I was aware and start the child on the proper antibiotics for treatment!
This was our first visit to CCP. The nurse recommended our daughter be seen immediately and they moved us along in a respectful timely manner.
we used the walk in service which was convenient and were taken care of more quickly than expected
she seemed to dismiss my concern over my child's redness in her throat and concern for her cough that's progressively gotten worse night by night.
Amanda was amazing and so friendly! couldn't have asked for a better provider!
very good
I've never had a problem with this office or any of the providers from this office.
very personable. easy to talk to. caring.
I like her a lot. she listened to what I had to say.
She was really nice, patient, and kind.
nice place
staff was prompt and provided excellent care. this was a wellness visit that turned into a sick visit and the staff were amazing
Amanda was very friendly, took her time and sought to reach out to my daughter on her level.
excellent. this was just a well child visit. I was concerned about my son's tonsils and she thought to have him tested for strep. he had no other symptoms so i was unsure. glad she did because he did test positive for strep!
we went to the walk in clinic for a sick visit, the provider was timely and efficient
She was very good with my son and made sure he understood everything she was going to be checking on him. She made sure that any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction.
Amanda was great to deal with.
I love the walk in appointment hours. I'm usually seen quickly.
Provider was courteous, but I felt like I was rushed through after I had waited for an extended time to see her.
always smiling faces from the staff makes my children feel comfortable
I felt rushed with this provider at two different times now. I feel she does not take her time to thoroughly listen to my concerns for my child. After being highly concerned about being put on a certain antibiotic that my child cannot take because of an allergy, I found out from our Pharmacist that the antibiotic she was put on is in the same family as the antibiotic she is allergic to. For some odd reason, this allergy was not red flagged in my daughter's medical record. Absolutely scary! Unfortunately, my family and I are possibly going to be looking for pediatric care elsewhere that is not close to our home.
everyone was nice and got us in and out quickly.
good office visit
This was the first time to see this care provider. She was pleasant and knowledgeable
my daughter is super shy at times and doesn't like being at the doctors so I felt with how my child feels the doctors and nurses were very respectful of her and handled her check up very well catering to her in a way she was able to stay comfortable
good
nothing to say
Amanda was very friendly and caring. would definitely see her again if needed.
Amanda needs to identify herself when she comes in the room. This was our first time at the new office and we had never met her before. I had to look on the wall in the hall to find out who she was because her hair was over her badge. And, while I am thankful the visit was pretty speedy, she talked VERY fast and went through the visit VERY fast not explaining anything she was doing. She is VERY nice, just some suggestions.
I felt that my appt was "rushed". I did not feel my child was checked well enough overall.
This was our very first visit at this office and I am extremely pleased with the visit, the discussion, the provider, the pace that was taken to get labs ordered and get those results. I am very happy with this practice and highly recommend them to anyone!!
I had to wait for over 25 minutes for my childs vacancies.
