He was a fabulous doctor. He answered all questions, and provided additional knowledge all in a timely manner.
very nice clerks and attentive to my child's needs
We had to cancel the appointment originally scheduled to get important results from diagnostic testing because my daughter had the flu. When I called to reschedule, I was told it would be over three months before we could get in; however, Dr. Morsi rearranged his schedule to allow us to come in only one week later than originally scheduled. He is kind and patient and has made these difficult decisions much easier by not only clearly explaining what is happening and our options, but not pressuring us to quickly make choices that are not easy for us to make.
Dr. Morsi was friendly, personable & professional. Very kind & acknowledged the uncomfortable situation that our son was in, due to his condition.
Dr Morsi is extremely knowledgeable but presents info in a way that non-medical parents can understand
he did amazing with my child, explained everything. And spent almost an hour with us so he knew we understood everything!
Dr. Morsi was truly amazing. I felt very concerned coming into the visit, and his calm demeanor, showing genuine concern and caring for my son, and very detailed explanations were much appreciated. His description of the tests and treatments was complete and made me feel at ease that we have a plan and that he cares about my son to find out what the underlying cause is.
Dr Morsi is a wonderful Dr. he knows my son's case very well and even though my son sugar was low and he was hiding on the floor under the table Dr Morsi got on the floor with him and worked with him. I couldn't have found a better Dr to help with my son and his diabetes!!
Everyone is very helpful. The Nurse educator and assistance took time with us, answered our questions, provided help since the meter batteries died, and emailed another person to get an answer to one of our questions.
He was awesome, explained things clearly, took his time with us, and followed up by phone
doctor listens and answers so we can understand well
Dr. and nurse were great.
I really feel that Dr. Morsi cares about my son's health and was willing to help me in whatever way I needed to provide the best care for my son.
We very much like Dr. Morsi. He was able to explain some things that we previously didn't understand very well and he was personable & easy to talk to.
This is the first time my son saw this Doctor and we really liked him. He will be the doctor my son sees from now on.
Dr. Morisi was a fantastic endocrinologist. it was our first visit related to this issue, and our first time with Dr. Morisi. He explained what was happening on a very fundamental level to my daughter. I was pleased with his methodology and plan for moving forward.
We had a good experience with Dr Moirsi, he was straightforward in explaining what brought us in and what the patient should do to correct it.
I was very pleased with Dr. Morsi! He listened to me and my concerns about my child and researched on her condition before we arrived. He was able to get all the test results he needed at that moment and went over them with us very carefully. Very nice man and treated my child with care, understanding and respect.
The doctor was excellent.. answered all of our questions. He also showed us pictures of the different monitors and insulin pumps
Mia really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Morsi. He was generally concerned about her questions and mine and offered his best opinion on the continued treatment plan for her.
Dr. Morsi was very thorough and sincerely listened to our concerns. We had a great first time experience with this doctor.
The doctor was wonderful. I was excited to hear he is having a satellite office in Johnstown. It is closer to my home. But he explained everything and asked both of us if we had any questions. It was great
We really liked Dr. Morsi and will request him in the future visits
Very pleased with physician; knowledgeable and took the time to explain disease process
Dr. Morsi was absolutely awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me in a manner that I would understand.
My visit to UPMC Children's hospital was wonderful. Fast service, very nice personalities on all the staff and very helpful. Thank you.
was very happy with the visit.
Doctor Morsi was very respectful of my son and his condition. He explained things in a very clear, easily understood way. I would recommend him.
quick response time, courteous
The provider was very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly and respectfully. He was very kind and very welcoming. He is a wonderful doctor!
Our visits to your facility are for the continued management of my daughter's Type 1 diabetes. Dr. Morsi and Dr. Pushpa are very professional, knowledgeable but also have a great bed side manner. Dr. Morsi is extremely efficient and very timely in getting back to me if I have a question outside of our appointment times. This was only our second visit, but even so, my daughter and I both felt very comfortable with both drs. and feel they were properly prepared for our visit. Dr. Morsi is extremely approachable and personable.
First visit with Dr Morsi. we loved him!!! So helpful, knowledgeable, easy to understand, explained everything in detail, took his time, loved the compassion he showed. this is how I wish all doctors would be!!!
very good and thorough; they brought in a dietician to help us and were respectful of our time
It was a good first experience for our son at CHP.
Dr. Morsi is by far one of the best providers that we've had the privilege to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and treats my daughter as if she were his own. During this most recent visit, bloodwork was ordered for my daughter, which made her extremely anxious and she started to cry. He walked over with us to the area where they had to do the bloodwork and talked to her along the way to help calm her down. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to ensure that she understood why the bloodwork needed to be completed. In addition, every time I've spoken with Dr. Morsi whether during appointments, or on the phone, he takes the time to answer my questions, and I've never felt "brushed aside" when asking multiple questions. He is an asset to the Children's Hospital Endocrinology Department. Many providers could take a lesson in bedside manner from him.
