Super helpful and thorough
Audrey was amazing, we normally see Heffner who is also fantastic but he was off that day. Glad we have multiple people there who are fantastic caregivers and do not rush the visit. They always listen and take their time answering any questions.
Never have a problem. Professional care
We love this office and all the staff. They are always wonderful to work with.
child went in for a sore throat and bumps on her lips. a rapid strep and one sent away was negative. she diagnosed her with severe dry cracked lips. Throughout the next few days, the bumps continued to spend around her mouth. because of a missed diagnosis, We had pay another copay to take her back to urgent care to be diagnosed with impetigo. I'm still waiting for the bill for strep testing to meet my insurance deductible.
my daughter love Audrey. she gets so excited when she sees her. lays down on table and is ready for her to examine her.
Audrey was excellent, very thorough and very knowledgeable!!
She said he could go back to school when the schools policy is that they have to be fever free for 24 hours - yes he has Tylenol prior to appointment so he had no fever at appointment so after a lot of going back and forth she finally agreed to fix doctors excuse.
we loved her she was caing to my daughter
She was great. She didn't rush us and caught all his ailments to help him.
Audrey was wonderful! She engaged with my daughter in a way that she understood and responded positively to. Performing an exam on a 2 year old is a challenge, but Audrey made it fun!
very good with child
I've seen Audrey twice and each time she's been wonderful.
Always treated with respect.
love this place. always helpful and concerned
great place, great people
I have always been pleased with the care that my children received from CCP. I can not complain about anything in the past seven years. We are blessed to have these people working with our children and guiding our families.
all very nice
We thought Audrey Imhof was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with her.
provider was new to the practice we visit. was very caring, listened to concerns, and informative. will definitely request to return to this provider within this practice. Best in practice by far.
I really liked her a lot and thought she was super knowledgeable!
We were very pleased with our visit and the provider.
this was a new CRNP. she was great. knowledgeable, kind, concerned. great care and visit. I felt confident leaving with all my concerns and questions, answered.
Provider and staff listened and discussed questions and concerns to both me and my child in ways we both would understand.
Love the new provider! She was very helpful and really listened. We just moved to Slippery Rock and it is such a relief to find someone so capable and personable!
so far everything has been excellent!
Audrey seemed very knowledgeable
Audrey is the NEW provider in the Slippery Rock office. It was her first official day there and it was our first experience with her. I did not expect her to know my child's history as it is mostly benign. I felt she was very knowledgeable and courteous. She explained things well. My first impression is the she will be a great asset to the Slippery Rock office!
We were there 30 minutes before appointment time and still waited for 45 minutes to see the provider. The wait time is difficult with a 1 year old in a small exam room with nothing to do.
She was friendly and helpful but we were put in the room at 9:46 a.m. And was not seen until 10:38a.m. But only after I question the nurse about why others were taking before us who's appointments were after us.
The provider I saw was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered and my daughter was on the right path of healing.
Excellent Doctor - very kind and helpful - explained everything well.
I'm so impressed with excellent care my son received. Also everyone was so kind and courteous.
I understand the doctors and medical staff are very busy. But I found a 45 minute wait in the exam room lengthy for a young child. I do appreciate the kindness, care, and compassion by everyone involved in my child's care.
She was friendly and made my child feel ar ease.
